Meet Glenn and Wayne the custodians and hosts of Ashleigh
We are Glenn and Wayne, the custodians and creators behind our collection of historic stays - including our Private Victorian villa, Coach house, Garden apartment and our newly converted Stables.
As passionate lovers of history and classic cars, taking on this 1868 Victorian property was a true labour of love.
Glenn spearheaded the transformation of the estate and is the welcoming face you'll see looking after you day to day, curating those special touches and local recommendations that make your stay unforgettable.
While behind the scenes, Wayne keeps the wheels turning, managing the daily business operations and our modern, eco-friendly infrastructure - including our garden solar array and EV charging systems.
When we aren't looking after our guests, we are usually indulging our love for heritage. In fact, if the weather is fine, you may spot our absolute pride and joy out and about in Buxton - our stunning 1936 Rolls - Royce 20/25, affectionately known as Betty. If you catch us at the right time, you might even be able to twist our arm for a memorable drive through the breathtaking Peak District hills!
We've poured our hearts into blending Victorian character with modern luxury, and we can't wait to welcome you to your home away from home.
